Responsibilities
I am called the Executive Director of Operations; it is a behind the scenes role. I do all I can to free up Hunter, Dave and Adam to do the things that they are truly gifted to do, namely - preaching, teaching, building community, casting vision, leadership development, and worship. Hunter, in his State of the Church message of August 2010, defined this role as follows: someone to be in charge of getting stuff done, putting plans into action, helping to stay organized, and moving projects along.
